At Mitre 10 MEGA Albany, we’re proud to be part of Riviera Hardware Holdings Ltd, the largest group within the Mitre 10 network and proudly Kiwi-owned and operated. Since opening our first store in Warkworth in 2009, we’ve grown to include Mitre 10 MEGA stores in Albany, New Lynn, Warkworth, Silverdale, and Whangaparāoa, along with Columbus Coffee cafés, a Distribution Centre, and a Frame & Truss Manufacturing Plant.

Our Albany store is New Zealand’s flagship Mitre 10 MEGA — a two-level retail destination offering an extensive range of home improvement, trade, and garden products. We’re known for our passionate team, vibrant Columbus Café, and community spirit — creating an environment where great people thrive, learn, and grow.

🌼 About the Role

Love the outdoors? Enjoy helping customers bring their gardens to life? Join our Albany garden team!

This is a permanent, part-time role working one day a week — every Monday. You’ll be hands-on in our outdoor garden area: watering, restocking, caring for plants, and keeping displays looking their best. You’ll also share your gardening know-how with customers and help them choose the right plants and products for their projects.

Please note: this role involves physical work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
