🍳 About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and capable Café Chef to join our kitchen team on a 32-hour per week fixed roster, however, a high degree of flexibility to work public holidays and provide support on additional days when required would be highly valued.

You’ll prepare and plate meals consistently to Columbus standards across all kitchen stations — grill, hotline, and cold line — ensuring our customers enjoy the same great experience every time.

🥐 What You’ll Bring

• Proven café or restaurant kitchen experience required
• Familiarity with a typical café menu, including grill, hotline, and cold line service
• Strong focus on consistency, quality, and food safety
• Ability to follow established recipes and presentation standards
• Baking skills preferred but not essential
• Reliability, teamwork, and a calm approach under pressure
• Flexibility is highly desiderable. 
• North shore resident preferred
