Zone Supervisor

Mitre 10 Waihi are a locally owned and operated retailer committed to providing the best possible service to every customer who walks through our doors.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Zone Supervisor to help lead our busy retail team covering the dry garden, kitchen, plumbing & hardware département to success. 

The role is 39.5 hours per/week and includes one weekend day.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have proven leadership experience;
• Strong customer service experience and the ability to drive it independently;
• Skills to improve and maintain our business communication channels & staff engagement;
• Train staff on Mitre 10 compliance and procedures & policies;
• Strong focus on stocktake and stock loss investigation;
• Ability to work independently and most importantly, lead a team to success!
