We’re looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and highly driven Trade / Drive-thru / Yard Supervisor. With an outgoing personality, you'll be assisting our customers & team members to make informed decisions based on your guidance and knowledge. This is a great opportunity to showcase your management / trade and retail experience. 

Our trade & drive-thru business is continually growing, contributing to our overall growth whilst establishing a solid foundation in the community. No 2 days are the same, the ground is always moving, and we work at pace to deliver materials direct to site and out of our Hornby store. 

We are looking for a resilient, natural but equally passionate people leader to support, develop and coach a team with mixed experience to gel as one. With 2 direct reports and multiple indirect, you will be the overall 'go to' to deliver an outstanding service to achieve ultimate growth.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience in a similar position - essential 
• Forklift license - essential (will also have access to combi & reach forklifts)
• Excellent written and oral communication
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• A high degree of focus across H&S policies & procedures
  
• A natural problem solver whilst working under pressure

Role Details: Permanent Full-time

 

 

Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, hours to be confirmed at interview 

Total 42.5 hours
