Trade Support (Mandarin Speaker) – Mitre 10 MEGA Albany


We’re looking for a Trade Account Manager Support legend to partner closely with one of our senior Account Managers who looks after our stable of key, high-revenue customers. These are serious builders working on multi-lot housing developments — and they rely on us to source and deliver everything they need to complete their projects, on time and on budget.

🎯 About the Role

This isn’t your average sales admin job — this is the engine room behind our major trade accounts! You’ll be the go-to problem solver, helping our Account Manager deliver exceptional service to some of our most valuable customers.

From quoting and order management to sourcing specialized and hard-to-find building products, you’ll play a critical role in keeping projects on track. One moment you’ll be coordinating direct-to-site deliveries, the next you’ll be negotiating with suppliers to find that one unique product that keeps a housing development moving.

🔑 Your Day-to-Day

  • Partner with a senior Account Manager to support top-tier trade customers
  • Source specialty and custom-made building products for housing developments
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure seamless delivery
  • Coordinate transport and logistics direct to site
  • Maintain clear communication and accurate data across all systems
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and trade customers alike

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) – strong business English is essential
  • Solid product knowledge across building and timber supplies, and confidence sourcing specialty items
  • Exceptional relationship and communication skills – you’ll be liaising daily with builders and suppliers
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  • Competence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) AND WeChat
  • Calm, proactive, and resourceful – you get things done
  • Team spirit, positivity, and a sense of humour (we work hard, but we laugh harder)
