Trade Sales Team Member

Cambridge Mitre 10 MEGA has a new exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company striving for excellence. Due to growth in our Trade Department we are looking for an outgoing “can do” person to provide great customer service by being the “face” of our Trade Area and ensuring our customers have an affordable and easy Trade experience at our Trade counter. 

This role is a PART-TIME PERMANENT position, 18 hours per week on a Friday and Saturday. This position is based at our busy Trade Counter, and it would be valuable if you have a background or some knowledge of Trade products/Building/DIY knowledge

For this position we are looking for someone who has: 

· Enthusiasm and team spirit;

· A passion for customer service excellence;

· Good time management;

· A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible

· Physically fit, as there will be prolonged standing & walking on concrete floors, manually handling, lifting and ladder use

· Willingness to learn; and

· Excellent communication skills.

Previous retail experience and/or experience within this department will be viewed very favourably.
