We are looking for a motivated Trade Operations Supervisor to lead our Trade Drive-Thru and Yard team, creating an environment where team members can thrive while ensuring customers receive the best possible experience every day.

Reporting to the Trade Operations Leader, this role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leading and developing people, building team culture, and setting high standards through coaching and support. You will play a key role in coordinating daily operations, fostering teamwork, and helping your team deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with building materials or a forklift licence (F Endorsement) would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided.

Hours: Full time Permanent, Sunday to Thursday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
