Technical Lead - Mobile

As the Technical Lead for the Mobile Development Team you will be responsible for the co-ordination and execution of mobile solutions. You will be involved in all phases from working with the Product Owner to understand the needs and requirements, through to the design, build and release of the application and then providing ongoing support.

In this three-year fixed term role you will report to the Development Manager and your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the driving force and taking ownership of mobile solutions including hands on development;
  • Collaborating with Design Architects and Project Managers as well as being the interface for the Mitre 10 business and key stakeholders;
  • Overseeing the maintenance requirements of existing legacy applications; and
  • Providing guidelines and mediation to ensure your team is working to timeframe and that best practices are being followed, co-ordinating the daily running of the team ensuring team skillset is assigned to appropriate tasks for greatest output.

For this role we’re looking for someone who has ideally worked with the Xamarin platform, however experience in Microsoft C #, WPF applications and the .Net platform would be acceptable. Knowledge and experience with iOS and Android operating systems is essential.  You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships and working cross-functionally in an agile environment.
