Riviera Hardware Holdings Ltd is the largest group within the Mitre 10 network, proudly Kiwi-owned and operated. From our beginnings with a single store in Warkworth in 2009, we’ve grown to include Mitre 10 MEGA Albany, New Lynn, Whangaparaoa, and Silverdale, along with Columbus Coffee cafés, a Distribution Centre, and a Frame & Truss Manufacturing Plant.

Mitre 10 MEGA Albany is one of the biggest and busiest stores — fast-paced, high volume, and focused on delivering a consistent customer experience every day.

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time team member (34 hours per week) to join our outdoor living and dining department. This role involves supporting customers with products and solutions that help them create functional and enjoyable outdoor spaces — from seasonal setups to everyday projects.

Day-to-day, the focus is on:

• Assisting customers with product selection and practical advice
• Maintaining well-presented, well-stocked displays
• Supporting stock movement and general department upkeep

Availability:

• This roster forms part of the department’s core coverage and consistency is important. Due to the set roster and late finishes, this role is best suited to candidates living locally or within a practical commuting distance to Albany.
  
• Tuesday to Friday (and likely 1 weekend day)
• Shifts are currently late shifts as we close at 7pm.

• Reliability and commitment to a consistent late-finish roster
• Physical capability for stock handling and active work
