A bit about the role…
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Seasonal Team Member. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.
You’ll be helping customers bring their homes and outdoor spaces to life — whether that’s finding the perfect BBQ, heating solution, outdoor furniture, or seasonal garden products.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering exceptional in-store and after-sales customer service
- Assisting customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
- Maintaining stock integrity and eye-catching merchandising
- Building product knowledge to better support our customers
- Supporting general store operations as part of a wider team
We’re seeking motivated, reliable team players who enjoy working with people and take pride in their work. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- A genuine passion for customer service and sales
- A strong work ethic with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and flexibility
- Physical capability for manual handling, prolonged standing, and ladder use
- A good understanding of Health & Safety practices
Roster available:
Full Time
Wednesday - Sunday, 32 Hours
You must be available through to mid January 2027
