We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Kitchen, Bathroom & Wardrobe Designer to join our team in one of the most inspirational areas of our store. This is an exciting opportunity to help customers bring their renovation and new-build projects to life while working with a wide range of quality products and design solutions.

About the Role

This role combines customer service, design, and sales, allowing you to work closely with customers as they create their ideal kitchen, bathroom, or wardrobe space.

Using our design software, you will guide customers through the design process, helping them select layouts, appliances, fittings, and finishes that best suit their style, budget, and lifestyle. You'll also carry out on-site consultations, enabling you to accurately assess spaces, understand customer needs, and create practical, personalised design solutions. Full training on our design programme will be provided.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting on-site consultations with customers to understand their space, requirements, and project goals
• Designing and presenting kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe solutions
• Providing expert product advice and recommendations
• Building strong relationships with customers throughout their project journey
• Preparing quotes and managing customer orders
• Ensuring designs are accurate and tailored to customer requirements
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from concept to completion

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people create their ideal spaces.

Ideally, you will have:

• Strong listening and communication skills
• A creative mindset with the ability to identify practical solutions
• A passion for delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
• The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to the wider team
• A strong commitment to health and safety

Previous retail sales experience and/or experience within a design, interiors, kitchen, bathroom, or cabinetry environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
