As part of our Service Support Team, you'll help create a welcoming first impression by ensuring trolleys are available, assisting customers with heavy or bulky purchases, and helping keep our site clean, safe, and presentable. It's a varied, active role that plays an important part in the day-to-day success of our store.

We are seeking a Service Support Team Member to assist with the important tasks that keep our store operating smoothly. Responsibilities include supporting customers with lifting and loading purchases, collecting and returning trolleys, emptying rubbish bins, maintaining outdoor areas, and providing general assistance wherever required.

This role is Monday to Friday working approximately 40 hours per week on a permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role that keeps you active throughout the day and requires someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in maintaining a great shopping environment.
