Based on-site at Mitre 10 MEGA Warkworth, this is a permanent, full-time position working 45 hours per week. The role offers a competitive remuneration package, a company vehicle and access to a staff purchase scheme across selected Mitre 10 stores and Columbus Cafés. The salary for this role is $120,000 – $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who can bring fresh thinking, clear direction and disciplined execution to the store. You will lead positive change across commercial performance, customer experience, operational standards and team culture, while preserving the strong community relationships that make the Warkworth store distinctive.

This is a hands-on senior leadership role with responsibility for a substantial multi-department retail and trade operation. You will set clear expectations, build leadership capability and create the accountability and momentum needed to deliver sustainable results.
