Are you passionate about design, customer experience, and helping others succeed? We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused team member to join our Showroom Design Team as Lead Designer.

About the Role

Our Design Team forms part of the wider Showroom area, supporting customers across Kitchens & Bathrooms, Paint, and Electrical, Lighting, Flooring & Storage.

As Lead Designer, you'll combine your design expertise with leadership, driving exceptional customer experiences, quality design outcomes, and showroom sales growth. You'll coordinate workflow across the Design Team, support and develop team members, and ensure designs and quotations are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with clear communication throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day workflow of the Design Team.
• Review designs and quotations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to designers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, leading by example
• Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver great outcomes.
• Support the team with problem-solving and customer solutions.
• Drive sales through effective quoting, follow-up, and customer engagement.
• Champion high standards across all aspects of the design process.
