Role 1: 11 hours per week | Friday & Sunday

Role 2: 15 hours per week | Friday & Saturday

Role 2: 18 hours per week | Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday

Are you passionate about customer service, home improvement, and helping customers bring their ideas to life?

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our Kitchen & Bathroom Department, part of our wider Showroom Team. Whether you're experienced in kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, or simply enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll work closely with both retail and trade customers, providing advice, support, and inspiration for their projects while contributing to a busy and vibrant showroom environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing outstanding service to retail and trade customers.
• Assisting customers with product selection and project solutions.
• Supporting the Design Team with administrative and showroom tasks.
• Merchandising displays and maintaining presentation standards.
• Assisting with stock handling and stocktaking activities.
• Working collaboratively with the wider Showroom Team to achieve great results.

What You'll Bring

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
• Physical fitness, including the ability to lift and handle stock, use ladders, and remain active throughout the day.
• Experience in kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, or a related industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

The Details

We currently have three part-time opportunities available:

• 11 hours per week | Friday & Sunday
• 15 hours per week | Friday & Saturday
• 18 hours per week | Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday

Hours may vary occasionally to support leave cover, late-night trading, special events, and seasonal business requirements.
