Mitre 10 MEGA Invercargill is a large, fast-paced retail store looking for a Garden Department Team Member who brings fantastic customer service, great teamwork, and genuine garden know‑how to our thriving Garden Department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming customers with friendly, knowledgeable support
• Helping customers choose plants, soil, tools, and products to suit their space and skill level
• Keeping the garden department looking vibrant, tidy, and well-stocked
• Working closely with your team to create a great shopping experience

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for all things gardening, from annuals and perennials to soil health and pests
• Enthusiasm for outstanding customer service
• A team player who communicates well and jumps in where needed
• Retail experience is a bonus, but your passion is what matters most
