Customer Service Team Member (Full-Time)

We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Team Member to join us in a full-time role. Hours of work:

• Tuesday to Thursday: 10.00am - 7.00pm
• Friday and Saturday: 6.45am - 4.00pm

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven retail and customer service experience who enjoys building relationships with customers and working as part of a supportive team.

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

• Previous retail and customer service experience (essential)
• Enthusiasm and a strong team spirit
• A passion for customer service excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and remain flexible
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new processes
• A willingness to learn and develop
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You will assist with customer enquiries, returns, exchanges, gift cards, store information, and general customer support, helping to ensure every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience. You will also support other areas of the business as required and work closely with team members across the store.

In this role, you will report to the Assistant Retail Manager.
