About the Role

As the friendly face at our Customer Service Desk and Checkouts, you’ll be the go-to person for making shopping smooth, helpful, and memorable. Whether it’s solving a tricky issue, sharing product know-how, or simply offering a warm smile, you’ll help create the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back.

 

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving customers with a positive, can-do attitude at the Customer Service Desk and Checkouts
• Handling queries and resolving issues with confidence and care
• Creating stress-free, friendly shopping experiences
• Being part of a supportive, high-energy team
• Helping turn “I’m not sure what I need” into “That was easier than I thought”

 

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• Passionate about people and great service
• A confident communicator with a natural flair for helping others
• Calm under pressure and quick on their feet
• Reliable, positive, and thrives in a busy environment
• Keen to learn, grow, and be part of a great team
• Experience in retail or a customer-facing role – especially at a Customer Service Desk – is a bonus.
