Café Team Member (Part Time)

We're looking for a positive, energetic team member to join our Columbus Coffee team in Hastings. Our people are full of personality, work hard, support each other, and most importantly enjoy coming to work every day.

Whether you're experienced in hospitality or looking to start your café journey, we'd love to meet someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to learn.

You will:

• Have a passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Be enthusiastic and willing to learn. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Be keen to learn the art of making great coffee.
• Enjoy connecting with customers and creating memorable experiences.
• Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift.
• Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Our café operates seven days a week, so flexibility to work rostered weekends and public holidays is essential.
